I totally wrote a letter to the Baltimore police department because of this.
I mean...what kind of low-brow, #*(@)#$(*%crazy$*(#&%#^id iot$()#$*#%&!)rediculous# *(&@#*(knuckle-dragging#* $&%^^&$))@!_shmuck do you need to be to become a police officer in that country?
Thing of it is...the police represent (in a fairly significant way) the entire country! How embarrassed the US must be. And if they aren't, they should be.
Smarten up, Baltimore. Get your cops some Midol for Gods sake.
