Hey all, Couldn't write yesterday because my day was...well...INSANE!! Lets see, where to begin... Lets start with church. Yes, I started going to church because I wanted to get Leah baptized. She has never attended Children's Liturgy before since she wasn't baptized, but this time she was allowed to go. Rules rules rules. Anyway, she followed the other kids up to the front and stayed there for about a minute before fleeing in terror like a bride with cold feet, straight down the aisle, to everyone's amusement. All the priest said was, "Well, ya win some and ya lose some."
After that, a friend and I took a VERY cranky Leah to the Fun factory where we played like crazy. Until I got beat up by a mean little boy. I mean...this kid gave me bruises and I have my hand in a tensor bandage because I sprained my thumb. WHAT THE HELL??? When I wanted to leave because my entire arm was throbbing with pain, my 4 year old decided to throw the tantrum of the year. It was actually pretty impressive. I counted to ten so many times I started doing it backwards to spice it up.
When we got home, I told her that Mommy needs her to have a nap. So, I dropped some advil and went to sleep for a few hours before getting up for some gaming fun.
It is now Monday morning and my day has just started. I'll keep ya posted. [LINE]
